Sewing 101, Private & Open Studio Sessions
Ages 18+
We will teach you the basic sewing skills you need to create your own projects! We recommend taking our Sewing 101 class prior to booking an Open Studio session, so you feel comfortable and confident with your skills!

What if you could learn the fundamentals of sewing and create your own clothes, home goods and accessories? That’s where we come in! Our studio provides a welcoming and hands-on learning environment where you can learn everything about sewing from our wonderful instructors.
Designed for Adults
Our Sewing 101 Class, private sessions and Open Studio are for adults with different skill sets.
Hours of Instruction
Our instructors will provide guidance and demonstration to ensure each student understands the material being taught.
Provided Materials
We provide fabric, patterns, notions, and a sewing machine for each student so they can come to class with everything ready to go.

Whether you are completely new to sewing or have been sewing for years, you can find a class at our studio that will allow you to learn, connect & create!
Sewing 101
3.5 hours | $105
If you have never sewn, or have sewing experience but want a refresher course, this class is perfect for you! We go over sewing safety, parts of a sewing machine, how to thread a machine, sewing terms to know, how to use different tools, tips and tricks, different stitches and different techniques. Apply what you learn to a small sewing project, a decorative stitch pin cushion. Scroll down to book a class!
Private Session
2 hours | $85
Private sessions are for those who prefer to learn 1:1. If you have never sewn before, have sewn but need a refresher, need some help figuring out your machine, or help with a specific project we are here to assist you.
Open Studio
3.5 hours | $60
Our Open Studio is a self-guided studio session where you can use one of our machines or bring your own, work on projects, and connect with others in the studio! Bring your latest project, design a new project or choose from our inventory of projects and start something new as you connect with other creatives, share tips and tricks, socialize and tap into your creativity. Meet the Instructors
Robin and Jean Munson are the mother-daughter team behind Stitch House Studio who have dedicated their careers to the art of sewing. With 20+ years of experience, they have transformed their successful full-time workroom into Stitch House Studio where other creatives can learn, connect and create with others.
Stitch House Studio
Stitch House Studio has been a dream for many years. Now that it has finally become a reality, this space was designed as a homey, creative and inclusive space for all skill levels of sewers. The mission is to bring people together in a space where they feel comfortable and free to express themselves through sewing.
